About Obsession Stone

 The obsession with this stone started with a rock hound and a dreamer. The rock was first discovered by James Wesley Hill  who became so obsessed he amassed a large personal collection. Upon meeting in 1996,  Robert Hawthorne Sr. became intrigued by Wesley’s obsession, and having a background in sales and marketing, he was struck with the same obsession. 

The question was always “What is it?”

The theories are out there and you can decide for yourself. But at Obsession Stone, we know in our souls that this rock is special. It is star struck–as one theory ties its formation to a super solar-flare.
